Training

We offer the following training packages for the use of GOA:

a)

  

GOA Basic Training
1,5 days supported by 2 trainers for EUR 2.250,- + VAT.

  • 1/2 day basic introduction to the basic concepts of GOA
  • In parallel 1/2 day training for software administrators on GOA basic maintenance
  • 2 x 1/2 days training on the job for 2 users groups (in parallel) including the design and implementation of a real survey or assessment case of your choice
     

b)

  

SAETO Excellence Assessor Training with GOA
3 days supported by 1-3 Trainers for EUR 1.200,- + MWSt. per participant

  • 1/2 day basic introduction to the management concepts of Excellence
  • 1 day training on how to work as an Assessor
  • 1,5 days training on how to design, implement and run a self-assessment
  • The exercises will be supported with the GOA-Workbench

The venue for these trainings will be your own organisation. In the case this is not possible; an additional cost for the rent of external rooms may be added to the above quoted prices.

The trainers for the methodological part will be help by recognised experts for the EFQM Model and in case of the Assessor Training IBK will run this class in co-operation with QMS.

The following travel costs (per Trainer) have to be taken additionally into account;
